FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Years ago my music-minister and I were shopping for a new keyboard. It
was at noon that we entered a big music-shop in Johannesburg/South
Africa. There was a salesman, but he took no notice of us and Adam and I
tried out all the keyboards. Suddenly the salesman appeared. He seemed
to be in a different mood, something like in a state of shock and said
to me “Sir, I can see Jesus in your eyes!” What? The Holy Spirit had
entered that shop. We forgot all about the keyboard and had
a revival instead. But when I was walking back to my car I kept saying
“Lord, I will never understand. How can a total stranger walk up to me
and say ‘Sir, I can see Jesus in your eyes’?”. Suddenly the Holy Spirit
spoke to me and said “No problem! Jesus lives in your heart and
sometimes HE LIKES TO LOOK OUT OF THE WINDOWS.” I laughed and cried.
What glorious truth. I got the point! Years later I met the wife of the
salesman who told me, that her husband had followed Jesus for the rest
of his life – and went to be with the Lord. I trust that this little
testimony blesses you. REINHARD BONNKE.

CONFESSION FOR HEALTHY LIVING
CONFESSION FOR HEALTHY LIVING. I declare that the word of God is working in me, in every fibre of my being, and in every bone of my body. The Bible says in Hebrew 4 :12 that ' the word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any twoedge sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart' . As i receive the word of God into me, it travels through my entire spirit, soul and body, cleansing me from within and refreshing me, in Jesus name.

Good From Evil...
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose." - Romans 8:28
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose." - Romans 8:28
Jesus was hanging on the cross; the religious leaders were mocking Him
as He died a tortuous death. It couldn’t get any better for Satan. With
God’s Son dead, Satan’s problems were over! But wait! Jesus died and was
resurrected! Suddenly Satan realized that he was a defeated, wounded
enemy destined for eternal destruction. Had Satan known that a
resurrection and ascension were ahead, he would have done all in his
power to keep Jesus alive. How God brought good out of evil baffled
Satan.
Fast forward. Could there possibly be a more vivid example of evil than Adolph Hitler and his effort to exterminate the Jews? Yet, God was able to bring good from Hitler’s horrific evil. Because of the world’s reaction to this horror, the nation of Israel was reborn after not existing for almost 2,000 years. Once again, the Jews had the permanent homeland God had promised their forefathers thousands of years before.
But, as described in the first paragraph, the most powerful example of good coming from evil is still the story of the cross. Each one of us, because of our sinful nature, is responsible for murdering the innocent Son of God. This was truly the most evil act in all history. Yet, God took our evil and turned it into the greatest act of good. He did this by offering us salvation and forgiveness of sin. He used this great evil to offer us a relationship, a oneness, and a reconciliation with Himself.
The cross gives us hope that no matter what evil we have done, or what evil others have done to us, God has the ability to turn evil into good and to accomplish His intended purposes.
Pray with me; lord help me to see through the eye of faith the good in every seemingly evil situation in Jesus mighty name!
Have a beautiful weekend in Jesus name!

Believers love boat - Pst Festus"
Prayer of enquiry
Some men came and told Jehoshaphat, "A vast army is coming against you from Edom, from the other side of the Sea. It is already in Hazazon Tamar" (that is, En Gedi). Alarmed, Jehoshaphat resolved to inquire of the Lord, and he proclaimed a fast for all Judah. The people of Judah came together to seek help from the Lord; indeed, they came from every town in Judah to seek him. - 2 Chronicles 20:2-4

Think about one difficulty you are facing right now. It might have to
do with your family, your finances, conflicts at work or even an
accident you recently had. All these things can be considered as armies
coming against you. I know from personal experience that any
circumstance that has overpowered me is an army coming against me. I
might come up with my own schemes and plans, but nothing I do is going
to fix it. In desperation and anxiety, I cry out to the Lord.
Crying out to the Lord as a last resort is a lot different than "resolving to inquire of the Lord" from the start (as Jehoshaphat did). God honored Jehoshaphat's prayer and then he honored the Lord by singing praises to God before the battle even began.
Circumstances are difficult in life. Many times, we wonder what is really going on and why is the Lord allowing this to happen? All the Lord wants is for you to include Him. Circumstances can be hard but His answers to your prayers are not. Go to God today first. Tell Him, "Lord, I don't know what to do but I am looking to You." He not only hears, sees and answers, but He assures the victory.
"There somebody reading this devotional right now that's in great need money to pay up a debt - hear this, The Lord will send you help from Zion before the end of this month in Jesus name" you will not be put to shame!
Pray with me; lord teach me to always seek your will before taking any steps in Jesus name!
May your day blessed in Jesus name!

GODS WORD FOR TODAY
Prayer and intercession cast out the entrenched enemy, violate his
borders, and retake lost territory. The devil hates this kind of prayer.
Praying is not meditative retirement, breathing ‘the still dews of
quietness till all our strivings cease.’ It is heaven’s militancy. It is
not a muttered litany but a top C soul-shriek. Prayer is an aggressive
multipurpose weapon put in our hands by God to overcome every kind of
satanic resistance. The person who prays overleaps human limits.
Believers are authorized to go to the counter of heaven’s supplies store
for superhuman resources. “All that I have is yours”, said the father
to the eldest son in Luke 15,31. God bless you. REINHARD BONNKE
A TRUE LIFE STORY
TRUE LIFE STORY
Mr.
and Mrs. Donald got happily married and had plans to start having children
after one year, but their plans did not come true as they planned. One year
passed, two years passed and it was up to seven years after marriage without a
child. Both are committed Christians in their church, they prayed and continued
hoping in God. The wife started teaching in children’s church, she comes back
home sometimes dejected after having heard other children call her mummy every
Sunday. Being trained children of God, they started putting their faith to
work. The husband and wife told themselves that they are having their first
children as twine, two baby boys. They gave names to the two boys and started
calling themselves daddy and mummy of twine. They started buying children’s
cloths for the twines boys. They registered the unborn boys as partners in
their local church and started giving in their names. Then one faithful day
after seven years, the woman started feeling differently, she went to see her
doctor and it was confirmed she is pregnant with two boys. They are proud
mother and father today to the glory of God. Keep believing for all things are
possible to him that believes.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES **A Kingdom With Glory And Power!** Monday, May 25th . Pastor Chris
All thy works shall praise thee, O Lord; and thy saints shall bless thee. They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power; To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom (Psalm 145:10-12).
Our opening scripture tells us something striking about the Kingdom of God that we’re apart of: it’s a Kingdom with glory and power! Notice again the words of the Psalmist, he said, God’s saints shall speak of His glory, and talk of His power. Then he uses another beautiful expression: “the glorious majesty of His Kingdom.” That means in God’s Kingdom, there’s beauty and splendour.

We need to have our spiritual eyes open to see and appreciate the
awesomeness of God’s glorious Kingdom that we were born into! It’s a
Kingdom where sickness isn’t real! It’s a Kingdom where defeat is
foreign; where you just can’t lose or be disadvantaged! This is the
Kingdom to which you belong.
1 Peter 2:9 (AMP) says, “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God’s] own purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” We’re the ones to produce glory in the Kingdom, and spread it abroad. As you function with the mind-set of one that can’t be defeated—a victor, super-intelligent, and excellent all the way—you’re showing forth the glory of the Kingdom.
Glory is that which inspires honour and produces worship; as you function in the Kingdom, doing and saying things that’ll inspire honour, reverence, praise, and worship unto the Lord, you’re revealing the glory of His Kingdom.
PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for calling me into your glorious Kingdom, making me a partaker of the inheritance of the saints in light! I walk in your glory, dominion and power today, showing forth your wonderful deeds, and displaying the virtues, perfections, and excellence of Christ, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Forgiveness has nothing to do with how we feel. It's a decision about
how we treat the other person. We have to learn to do what's right
because it's right and not because somebody deserves it. Did you hear
me? We need to learn to do what's right because it's right, not because
somebody deserves it. And as long as we do what's right, God is going to
take care of us.JOYCE MEYER
PLEASING GOD BY FAITH, VOLUME 2
PLEASING GOD BY FAITH - VOLUME
2
Faith
is not a leap in the dark, but accepting and acting on the reality, which is
the word of God. Faith is the confident assurance that is based on God’s word
and not on your challenges. For example faith does not ask what if I lay hand
on the sick and nothing happens but faith knows that if hands are laid on the
sick, they’ll recover, since that’s what the word says. Faith knows that if
there’s a need, then there’ll definitely be a corresponding supply; base on the
word of God; Philippians 4:19 “but my God shall supply all your needs according
to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus”. Faith is not a guess work, it is
depended on the word of God as the basis and assurance for actions, it’s a leap
on the word. You express your faith in words and actions. So it is with faith;
if it is alone and includes no actions, then it is dead. But someone will say,
one person has faith, another has action “my answer is show me how anyone can
have faith without actions. I will show you my faith by my action (James
2:17-18 GMB). Faith is active and not passive. Faith without works, that is
corresponding action, is dead. When you are working by faith, you believe what
God says, speak and act accordingly. If you truly believe Gods word that he is
who he says he is, has done what he says he has done, then you will have every
reason to act in faith. For example, when you hear the word of God which is
says, “by whose stripes ye wear healed” 1Peters 2:24 you ought to say “thank
you father, by the stripes of Jesus, I was healed” and then you get off the
sick bed and act like someone that’s healed, by dong those things you couldn’t
do before. Don’t try to negotiate the word, once you receive it concerning any
area of your life, act accordingly, for faith is actions added to the word. To

WORDS OF WISDOM

must spend to save! It’s all about souls. God bless you. REINHARD BONNKE
TIME ALONE WITH GOD
"Believers love boat - Pst Festus"
We All Need Time Alone with God
"Immediately Jesus made his disciples get into the boat and go on ahead of him to Bethsaida, while he dismissed the crowd. After leaving them, he went up on a mountainside to pray." - Mark 6:45-46
We All Need Time Alone with God
"Immediately Jesus made his disciples get into the boat and go on ahead of him to Bethsaida, while he dismissed the crowd. After leaving them, he went up on a mountainside to pray." - Mark 6:45-46
It’s true that most of our days and nights are full of activity.
Whether it’s work, taking care of kids, or family, we just don’t seem to
have enough time to get it all done. Well, read this story:
He was exhausted, completely worn out from dealing with people and their problems. What He needed was a rest. He got away to spend some time alone with God. When He did, His spirit was renewed and refreshed. When the crowds came, He was able to respond, to care for them and meet their needs.
His name was Jesus Christ, and He was the busiest man who ever lived. He accomplished more than anyone did before or since His time here.
So, while we do live in a very fast-paced world with great demands on our time, I doubt that any of us has ever been busier than Jesus was when He walked on this earth. Why not learn from Him when you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, and burned out? Take some time to be with God. If Jesus needed some time alone with God, surely we do, as well.
"May we not ignore the signs of spiritual breaking point"
Pray with me; lord heighten my sensitivity to always know when to withdraw for spiritual renewal and recharge in Jesus name!
Have a stress-free day in Jesus name!

THE MAN WHOSE HOPE IS IN GOD
THE MAN WHOSE HOPE IS IN GOD
Jeremiah
17:7 blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is
for he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her
roots by the rivers, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaves shall be
green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease
from yielding fruit.
The
above scripture defines the state of the man who puts his confidence and hope in
God. While you are on earth, there will always be trials and challenges, but
cast not away your confidence in God and his word (Hebrew 10:33) always
remember God loves you so much, that even the very strands of your hair are
numbered (Luke 12:7). Live everyday conscious of Gods love for you, always
remember and talk about the works of God in your life and not your challenges.
Live everyday expectant of a miracle from God.
PLEASING GOD WITH YOUR FAITH
PLEASING GOD BY FAITH - VOLUME 1
Now
faith is the substance of things hope for, the evidence of the things not seen
(Hebrew 11:1) this is the bible and best definition of faith. Also faith can be
defined as the response of the human spirit to the wood of God. This is the
reason the world suddenly seems small and all the challenges you may have been
facing suddenly seem like nothing, as you listen to the word of God. The bible
says …faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God Romans 10:17 every
time you hear the word of God faith comes to your spirit as your inner man
responds to the word. Faith was impacted to your spirit when you were born
again (Romans 12:3). It’s an attribute of the
recreated human spirit, the word of God is a spirit and you respond to it
through your spirit, so faith is produced through a spirit to spirit activity.
You don’t have faith with your mind, because faith is the response that your spirit
has towards the word of God. When you hear the word of God with and through
your spirit, your spirit is energized to act on the word. To be continued…

YOUR WORDS DEFINE YOUR LIFE
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES THURSDAY, 21ST MAY.
YOUR WORDS DEFINE YOUR LIFE.
Watch the way you talk. Let nothing foul or dirty come out of your mouth. Say only what helps, each word a gift (Ephesians 4:29 MSG).
YOUR WORDS DEFINE YOUR LIFE.
Watch the way you talk. Let nothing foul or dirty come out of your mouth. Say only what helps, each word a gift (Ephesians 4:29 MSG).
It’s sad when people aren’t careful with their words. Imagine someone
who keeps saying, “I just don’t know what’s going on with my life;
nothing seems to be working. Worst still, I have a problem controlling
my mind, my thoughts, and my emotions.” You shouldn’t talk like that. If
that has been your experience, it doesn’t mean your experience should
control you. Don’t voice the negatives.
Your speech dictates the circumstances of your life. If you say you have no control, you’ll lose control. If you say you’ve got problems, then you’ll really have them. The life that we received in Christ is an excellent one; it’s glorious and extraordinary; it’s the transcendent life. Your speech should be consistent with that life. The main reason many people have their lives upside down is because they don’t talk right.
Our opening verse says, “Watch the way you talk. Let nothing foul or dirty come out of your mouth....” Sometimes you hear a Christian say, “We were doing well two weeks back, but suddenly things just went down.” Some others, because of their experience, would say, “You know, things can’t just be rosy all through; you win some, you lose some; sometimes up, sometimes down.” A Christian shouldn’t talk like that. You’re born to win always! You’re built for success; it’s part of your make up. Talk that way!
Refuse to be defeated! Refuse to be weak! Get yourself together and declare, “I’m a success! I was born to reveal the glory of God! My life is upward and forward only!” Control the circumstances of your life with your tongue. Don’t wait; start it now if you’ve not been doing it. Your mouth was given to you to chart your course in life. If your words are disorderly, your life will go in that direction; if your words are excellent, your life will go accordingly as well.
The character of your words is the character of your personality. So, watch your words! No man ever got better than his words; your life is the expression, the manifestation, and the reflection, of your words. Words define your life and your value.
CONFESSION
The Word of God is in my heart and in my mouth! My words are wholesome, and they’re producing life to my body, job, business, ministry, family, and all that concerns me. I’m a success. I win always; I’m above only, and never beneath, because I’m a product of God’s infallible Word! Glory to God!
