SPEAK BLESSINGS TO EVERYTHING AROUND YOU.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES **Speak Blessings To Everything Around You** Thursday 31st March: Pastor Chris
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15).
God wants us to take His Word to the nations, and that means a lot. But you see, when He said to preach the Gospel to every creature, He wasn’t only referring to preaching to someone who doesn’t know Jesus. Preaching the Gospel to every creature means preaching to EVERYTHING that exists! Romans 8:19 says, “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.”
The term “creature” actually means “creation.” So, it’s saying, “The earnest expectation of the creation waits for the manifestation of the sons of God.” There’s depreciation in the human world, including human life; and so, everything in life is waiting for your manifestation; waiting for you to liberate them. All around the world, there’s fear. Many scientists provide evidence of ozone layer depletion. Global warming remains an issue of widespread political debate, with world leaders in dire need of a solution.
These things aren’t new; the scientists only just found out. The Bible already talked about them: The twentieth verse of Romans chapter eight says, “For the creature (creation) was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope.” The creation was made subject to vanity; no wonder it’s in terrible depreciation, groaning in pain. And we’re the ones to bring that deliverance to all creation through the Gospel.
Revelation 21:5 says, “And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new....” The renewal has begun. Preach the Word to the things in your home and they’ll have new values. Speak the Word to your finances and they won’t depreciate. Proclaim the Word over your physical body and it’ll never be ravaged by sickness, disease, and infirmities. Speak blessings to things around you.
Use the Word to rule your world! In your home, school, or place of work, speak blessings. For your country, do the same; speak words of blessings, for the Bible says, “By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted...” (Proverbs 11:11).
Confession
I bring deliverance to every creation in my world, taking them out of bondage and corruption, into the glorious liberty of the sons of God. I give life to the things around me through the power of my words, for these are the days of the manifestation of the sons of God. Halleluiah!

BLESS THE WORLD WITH YOUR GREATNESS

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES **Bless the World With Your Greatness** Sunday 27th March: Pastor Chris
GOD said to Joshua, This very day I will begin to make you great in the eyes of all Israel...(Joshua 3:7 MSG).
There're different kinds of greatness. And those whom the Scriptures describe as great are marked by certain traits and qualities, such as the demonstration of supernatural power, signs, wonders and ability, supernatural wisdom, or enormous wealth.
Take Moses for example; his life was characterized by different signs and wonders. Deuteronomy 34:10-12 tells us, "And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face, In all the signs and the wonders, which the LORD sent him to do in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land, And in all that mighty hand, and in all the great terror which Moses shewed in the sight of all Israel."
Isaac, the Bible shows us, was wealthy. In spite of the famine and drought in the land, the Word tells us: "...the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great: For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him" (Genesis 26:13-14).
David was also great. By the anointing of God's Spirit, he did marvellous things. As a stripling, he defeated Goliath of Gath and won many battles as king of Israel. How about Daniel? The Bible shows us he was full of the wisdom of God; this was marked by the divine revelations of God that he had. He functioned with an excellent spirit (Daniel 6:3).
God has made you great, and your greatness is inborn, because you're the seed of Abraham. God wants to use you to bless your world. He wants the world to benefit from your greatness. He wants you to do great things and impact the world with His seed of greatness in you.
Therefore, pay attention to His guidance in your spirit, for ideas and innovations. Let your heart be open to Him to receive that inspiration, because it's happening even now! Receive it by faith.
PRAYER
I'm the seed of Abraham; I'm imbued with divine wisdom to affect lives positively all over the world. My mind is anointed to bring forth innovations, ideas, inventions, and solutions to bless the world. I'm supernaturally enabled to implement God-given ideas to make the world a better place, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

WALKING IN PREARRANGED PATHS

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES **Walking In Prearranged Paths** Monday 28th March: Pastor Chris
For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live] (Ephesians 2:10 AMP).
As a child of God, you’re not an accident in this world. God isn’t surprised about you, because He knew you, ever before you came. There’s a path prearranged by God for you; and it’s a path of greatness. Everything you’d ever do, and achieve in life, have been prearranged! The question is, are you walking in that prearranged path? In that path, there’s no failure! In that path, there’s no defeat! In that path, there’s no death! In that path, there’s no poverty! In that path, there’s no sickness!
It’s a path prearranged by God Himself. If you’re meeting with frustrations in your life, what paths have you found yourself in? You ought to be taking paths which He prearranged! If you’ve found yourself in the wrong paths, you can retrace your steps today. The Bible says, “And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left” (Isaiah 30:21). Glory to God! This is His message to men and women around the world: “There’s a path to take! It was prepared ahead of time, prearranged for you, with the good life.”
When you gave your heart to Christ, you came into God’s predestined path for your life! He’s the Way, the Truth, and the Life. He’s the way out of confusion! In Him, there’s victory, divine health, peace with prosperity!
Now, through His Word, He can lead you in the paths of success, victory, and unending prosperity. He made very specific plans for your life, and as you fellowship with Him through the Word and the Holy Spirit, He’ll guide you in the path of your destiny in Him; the path of righteousness and peace!
Prayer
Dear Lord, I thank you for the paths of greatness you’ve prepared for me to take in life. I’m living the good life which you prearranged, manifesting your glory, and expressing your righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

SET YOUR FOCUS ON ETERNITY, BY PASTOR CHRIS

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES **SET YOUR FOCUS ON ETERNITY** Thursday 24th March: Pastor Chris
If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable (1 Corinthians 15:19).
God always connects everything He does with eternity, because He thinks in terms of eternity. He’s the eternal God, and always, He deals with things that last forever. In Ecclesiastes 3:11 (NIV), the Bible says, “He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men....” He brought eternity to men so they can see beyond this world.
Sadly, some Christians don’t realize this; hence their business, family plans, interests and relationships aren’t connected to eternity. Everything God is interested in, and all that He does, is connected to eternity. So, set your focus on eternity. Set your mind on God’s purpose for your life. That’s what counts! It has to be a revelation that you accept, endorse and imbibe into your spirit; a knowledge that’s a controlling principle in your life. That means everywhere you go, and everything you do, you’re inspired by God’s eternal purpose and perfect will for your life.
The Lord is teaching, inspiring, and strengthening you through His Word today, because He’s looking beyond the present moments, beyond the month or year you’re in presently. He’s even looking beyond all the years that you would live on earth. He’s looking at what you’ll do with your life in this world, which would determine what eternity would be for you. Therefore, look beyond this world.
CONFESSIONI’m taught of the Lord to look beyond the present moments and connect everything I do here on earth to eternity. My choices and decisions concerning my family, job and everything else about my life are founded on the Word; I’m led and guided by the Spirit always, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
FURTHER STUDY:Colossians 3:1-2 AMP IF THEN you have been raised with Christ [to a new life, thus sharing His resurrection from the dead], aim at and seek the [rich, eternal treasures] that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. [Ps. 110:1.] And set your minds and keep them set on what is above (the higher things), not on the things that are on the earth.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Mark 8:35-38 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it. 36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? 37 Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? 38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.

THE POWER OF HOPE, BY PASTOR FESTUS

"Believers love boat - Festus Omorusi"
THE POWER OF HOPE
There is an old saying: “When a person loses
hope, they begin to hope for death.” Life is hard without hope. Life becomes drudgery, misery, meaningless. One reason people lose
hope is that they put their hope in the wrong things, beliefs that disappoint, dreams that are unrealistic, but, most of all, in other people who disappoint and disillusion us about
life and, sadly, even about God. But God never disappoints.

He gets blamed for a lot of evil that people do, but He is the One we want to put our hope in. He always wants the best for us. His word says, “I know the plans I have for you, to give you hope and a future.” He always loves us. He’s always faithful.
Even in death He gives us hope. In His son Jesus, we see He understands the pain of death and He gives us the hope of victory over death as well. When we have hope over death, we can begin to live hopefully every day.
Pray with me; Lord strengthen my faith against hopelessness in Jesus name!
Have a fruitful week ahead in Jesus name!

WORDS ARE SPIRITUAL ELEMENTS, BY PASTOR CHRIS

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES **WORDS ARE SPIRITUAL ELEMENTS** Monday 21st March: Pastor Chris
Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth! And the tongue is a fire... (James 3:5-6).
There’s something inside your mouth that’s so powerful; it’s your tongue. It’s given to you by God to form words; words with which to control, create or recreate the circumstances of your life. James 3:6 says the tongue is a fire; the power for any change that you desire is in your tongue. Jesus said you shall have what you say (Mark 11:23).
If you speak confusing words, the result is that your life will be confusing, because you’re giving confusing signals. Words are spiritual elements. They don’t die. That’s why Jesus said, “But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment” (Matthew 12:36). One day, all your words will be shown to you by God, as to what they built, what they created, the image of your life and the circumstances of your life created by your words.
The most important thing in your life is your words. Your words will decide the quality of your life on earth. Your words will decide your relationship with God, your relationship with human beings, and where you go eternally: heaven or hell. No one else can determine the quality of your life. It’s all going to come from your words.
For instance, when some people are excited, they’d say, “If you continue this way, you’ll kill me!” Or some others who say, “This troublesome child will kill me some day!” Or, “Look at poor me.” Unfortunately, such people don’t realize the power and importance of their words. Death and life are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21).
You may say, “But they were only joking.” It makes no difference. Read again, what Jesus said in Matthew 12:36. Moreover, in Mark 11:23, He didn’t say, “You shall have what you say, when you mean them”; rather, He said, “You shall have what you say.”
Train yourself to speak rightly. Proverbs 15:4 says, “A wholesome tongue is a tree of life....” Your tongue is your own tree of life; use it to chart your course for success and prosperity, and create your victorious path in life.
CONFESSIONMy life is for the glory of God, shaped in the direction of God’s perfect will! I reign and rule over circumstances as I chart my course in success and prosperity, and create my victorious path, with my wholesome tongue.
FURTHER STUDY:Proverbs 13:3 He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.
Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

HE LEADS US IN LOVE, BY PASTOR CHRIS

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES **He Leads Us In Love** Friday 18th March: Pastor Chris
By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another
(John 13:35).
Walking in love is a primary way to tell that a Christian is being led by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit only leads us in love. He’ll never lead you in such a way as to hate anyone, be proud, arrogant or express unrestrained anger.
In walking with the Lord, one of the things He seeks to accomplish in your life is to have His love fully expressed through you, such that you’re patient, meek, kind and not easily provoked. James 1:19 (GNB) says, “...Everyone must be quick to listen, but slow to speak and slow to become angry.”
People with uncontrolled temper do foolish things, which is why the Bible says, “Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools” (Ecclesiastes 7:9). Decide that there’ll never be anybody anywhere that you’ll begrudge, dislike, or be bitter against. It doesn’t matter the extent of hatred you experience from others, you’re only permitted to love them. That’s the life of a true Christian.
Always, the Holy Spirit inspires us to love, because you never lose when you walk in love. Your actions and inactions, must pass the love-test. The Bible tells us that it’s better for you to suffer the pain; you should rather put up with injustice and be cheated than avenge the evil done to you (1 Corinthians 6:7). Consider Jesus: as they nailed Him to the cross and cursed Him, He looked up to heaven and said, “...Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do...” (Luke 23:34). That’s love!
Let love be your guide. Walk in love, as Christ also has loved you, and given Himself for you as an offering and a sacrifice to God (Ephesians 5:2). Yield yourself to the Holy Spirit, to lead you in love. Romans 8:14 says, “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” It should be your utmost desire to experience the guidance and leading of the Holy Spirit at all times; it’ll make your life excellent and full of glory. And walking in love makes this easy. Blessed be God!
Confession
I’m born to love; therefore, I express the love and compassion of Christ through my words and actions. Thank you, righteous Father, for the rich deposit of your love in my heart. Everyone I come in contact with will experience your unconditional love through me, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
further Study:
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 AMP
IF I [can] speak in the tongues of men and [even] of angels, but have not love (that reasoning, intentional, spiritual devotion suchas is inspired by God’s love for and in us), I am only a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.
And if I have prophetic powers (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), and understand all the secret truths and mysteries and possess all knowledge, and if I have [sufficient] faith so that I can remove mountains, but have not love (God’s love in me) I am nothing (a useless nobody). Even if I dole out all that I have [to the poor in providing] food, and if I surrender my body to be burned or in order that I may glory, but have not love (God’s love in me), I gain nothing.

THE LATEST, FROM PASTOR CHRIS

JUDGE IT BY THE WORD, BY PASTOR CHRIS

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES **Judge It By The Word** Thursday 17th March: Pastor Chris
Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge (1 Corinthians 14:29).
Sometimes, people receive what they claim to be visions or revelations from the Lord without subjecting such to God’s Word. They don’t take the
time to check that such visions and revelations are consistent with the written Word.
For example, a certain man had a vision. He had been a Christian for many years, but he became sick. While on his sick bed, he had a vision where someone, wearing sandals and a white robe, and covered with a cloud, walked into the room. He started looking from the person’s feet upwards to see who it was. As he looked to see his face; the man spoke up and said, “It’s not my will to heal you,” and disappeared.
Although he couldn’t see the face of the one who appeared to him, he believed it was Jesus, because he said he felt the presence of God in the room. Hence, he accepted that it wasn’t the will of God to heal him, and began telling other brethren how it wasn’t God’s will for him to be healed. But that couldn’t be Jesus, or why would anybody think it was Jesus who appeared to the man?
Is it because the person described was in a “white robe,” covered with “white cloud?” Or is it because, as the man said, he “felt” the presence of God in the room? None of these is enough for anyone to assume it was Jesus. You have to understand the interpretation of revelations. If you saw a vision of someone that looked like Jesus, and the person told you something that’s inconsistent with the Scripture, then it’s questionable; you have every right to reject it.
This is something many people are ignorant of. The will of God is clearly expressed in the Scriptures: God wants you well! In 3 John 1:2, He said, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” He’ll never contradict His Word. So, if the voice you’re hearing contradicts the Word of God, that’s a demon talking to you, irrespective of the appearance. Moreover, we’re warned in scriptures not to be deceived, because even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14).
Every revelation must be subjected to the Word of God! Don’t accept it just because you saw a vision or because you got it from someone whom you think is spiritual; judge it by the Word. A revelation may not necessarily be perfect and accurate, but every revelation must be consistent with the revealed Word of God. This is another reason you must know the Word for yourself.
Prayer
Dear Lord, thank you for granting me wisdom and insight into your perfect will in all things. The eyes of my understanding have been enlightened to know the hope of your calling, and the riches of the glory of your inheritance in the saints. I express the virtues and excellence of your Spirit today, as your Word finds a vent through me, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

RENEW YOUR THINKING, BY PASTOR CHRIS

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES **Renew Your Thinking** Tuesday 15th March: Pastor Chris
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God (Romans 12:2).
After you’ve given your life to Christ, you’ve got a responsibility. The Bible tells us not to be like the rest of the world. Don’t conform to the world’s
standards and ways of doing things. Be different. Be transformed by the renewing of your mind. That means, change your way of thinking; have a new mindset. If you want to see increased manifestation of the glory of God in your life, you must keep renewing your mind with the Word.
Before you became a Christian, you heard, and spoke words from the world; words that you learnt from your friends, from school, your environment, the members of your family, etc. Sometimes they were bitter words, angry words, and harsh words. Some other times, they were nice words. However, God gives us words that are more than “nice”; words of the Kingdom, with which to transform our lives from glory to glory.
As you study and yield yourself to the ministry of the Word, your spirit is inundated with divine truths; your mind is elevated to think Kingdom thoughts. This is why learning and meditating on the Word is
so important. God’s Word gives you a new way of thinking. Whereas you used to think failure, fear, lack, and want, the Word gives you the mindset of success, excellence, victory, dominion, and abundance.
Now that you’re in Christ, refuse to be conformed to this world; rather, be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Renew your thinking with the Word. By hearing the Word of God, and digesting it into you, you develop new thoughts.
One of the major reasons many are defeated in life is their thinking. When they don’t think right, they can’t act right, and their minds are held in bondage. Nevertheless, with the transforming power of God’s Word, the limits are broken. So, set your mind on the Word and let it transform your life.
Prayer
As I meditate on the Word today, I’m transformed, transfigured, and catapulted into the image that I see in the Word! The glory of God in my spirit, and upon me, increases, influencing my attitude, character, mindset and faith. My life is improved and upgraded by the power of God’s Word today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Ephesians 4:22-24
That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
Philippians 4:8
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Joshua 1:8

Proverbs shows us that boldness is a quality of righteousness: 'The righteous are as bold as a lion' (Proverbs 28:1). The solution to fear is not bravery, but faith in God. Jesus goes right to the heart of the matter in just a few words: 'don’t be afraid; just believe' (Luke 8:50). The word used for afraid in this passage is a Greek that we all recognize: 'phobia.' In other words, the command of Jesus is: 'Don't have phobia, have faith.' REINHARD BONNKE

FROM CHRIST EMBASSY

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES
MONDAY, 14TH MARCH, 2016
PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME.
THEME: SPEAK HEAVENLY WORDS.
For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak (John 12:49-50).
Jesus tells us in the verses above that His words are the Father’s commandments; everything that He said came from the Father. In other words, the Father gave Him a commandment of what He should say or what He should speak. What He said in the next verse is even more inspiring; He said, “And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak” (John 12:50). Amazing!
In John 20:21, He said, “...Peace be unto you: As my Father had sent me even so send I you.” Notice that He wasn’t only talking to Peter, James, John or the other Apostles, but to us today. Thus, the same way He spoke the Father’s words, words from heaven, we’re to speak heavenly words; divine words. We’ve been given a commandment of what we should say, and what we should speak.
In Christianity, we don’t live for ourselves; we live for Him. We don’t speak for ourselves or from ourselves; we speak for Him, and from Him, just like Jesus. We have words given to us to speak. Hebrews 13:5-6 says, “...for he hath said...So that we may boldly say....” Don’t speak from yourself, speak His Word. Be a master of words like Jesus. He said, “I don’t speak my own words.” No wonder He was a victor at every count. He had the forces of nature under control. He knew exactly the right words to say. He lived the life of heaven on earth; He spoke wisdom all the time.
God designed divinity to be released through words! Words are unlimited, because they go into the realm of the spirit. You can speak from your closet, and it will have impact anywhere in the world. Therefore, when you have a situation to deal with, meditate on the Word; soak your spirit in the Word until only the Word comes out of your mouth—words so precious—divine from heaven. Hallelujah!
PRAYER
My life is the testimony of God’s grace. His mercies and compassion surround me every day! I walk in His glory and perfection today, manifesting His righteousness, and exercising the dominion of the Spirit, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth, thou art taken with the words of thy mouth.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES **PROVE YOUR MINISTRY** Thursday 10th March: Pastor Chris
But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry (2 Timothy 4:5).
Did you notice that the Apostle Paul didn’t say God will make proof of your ministry? He also didn’t say you should pray to the Lord to prove your ministry; no! You’re the one to prove your ministry. Notice the underlined portion: “...do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thyministry .” This shows that it’s your responsibility.
Many people live and never even begin what God chose them for, let alone complete it. They live and die without ever entering what God chose them to do in life. Colossians 4:17 says, “And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.” Think about that! Paul writes to the Colossians and tells them to charge a certain brother in the church to pay attention to his God-given ministry, and fulfil it.
If it were God’s responsibility to fulfil the man’s ministry, Paul probably would have said, “Tell Archipus not to worry, God will make sure he fulfils his ministry”; he didn’t say that; he made it clear it was Archippus’ responsibility, not only to take heed to the ministry that he had received of the Lord, but also to fulfil it.
If many people realized how much responsibility they have as individuals, for their lives, and how their lives turn out, they’ll think differently. It’s your responsibility to fulfil your calling. It’s your responsibility to put what you’ve got to work. Don’t be intimidated by circumstances in your evangelical work. Refuse to fear, because in making full proof of your ministry, you’re to endure afflictions. Therefore, be bold and courageous always: “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7).
PRAYERDear Father, I thank you for your Word today, helping me to discover my purpose for living. I’m set on the right path to fulfil my divine destiny in Christ! I’m walking in preordained pathways, for you’ve structured the course of events in my life, and I go on to fulfil my divine destiny, to the glory and praise of your Name. Amen.
FURTHER STUDY:Acts 20:22-24 And now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there: 23 Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions abide me. 24 But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
2 Peter 1:10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

WORDS OF WISDOM

MORE GRACE, BY EVANG. OSITA

Arm of the Lord Church Daily Life (JAMES 4:1 - END)
FRIDAY, 26TH FEBRUARY 2016
Topic: More Grace
Key verse: James 4:6
"But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble."
One of the most powerful prayers i've ever received in life and ministry is "More Grace". Anytime I hear this prayer, I jump into a quick shout of "Amen!!!" before the anointing will vanish. Lol. "Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them"(Mark 11:24). So I believe in this simple prayer and it works for me. What announces a destiny are not the big prayers they make but the little prayer they believe so much.
"Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up." (vs 10)
Humility is that attitude that attracts God's presence to a destiny. God is continually looking for those who are lowly to lift highly in life. Humus soil is a product of our rejects, faeces, urine, wastes and dirtiest soil combinations but produce the wealthiest cash crops. God wants you to approach him as a non-entity so he takes the glory of turning you to a celebrity, from nobody to somebody and from nothing to something. The way to the grave is up, but the way to grace is down. Pride goes before a fall, but a fall goes before a rise. Humility is that high way, on a speed lane to Honour(Prov. 18:12).
Go out today and reach out for those little things everyone is ashamed or embarrassed to do, do it for the sake of Christ and experience too much grace in your life in Jesus name - Amen!
PRAYER:
Heavenly father, no one enjoys anything except you give him, I ask for more grace through the spirit of humility as you remove pride in me in Jesus name - Amen!
GRACE!!!

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

From the beginning, ministry has always had two streams, the Priesthood and the Prophetic. It took a divine bond between a prophet and a priest to deliver Israel; Moses and Aaron.
The Priest stands before God on behalf of the people and the Prophet stands before the people on behalf of God. One is done in secret the priesthood, the other in public, the prophetic.
Many fail in ministry because they only seek the public office of the prophet without first satisfying the demands of the priesthood in private. You cannot save with your words those you haven't made intercession for - Poju Oyemade(Ministry 101)

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Every season of your life will be characterized by certain relationships, some people will play major roles at that period in time.
Serve those individuals with all of your heart and be true to them with pure intent, however when that season is over, and God is re-positioning, emotional attachments may keep you from moving into the new phase.
The same people cannot be with you forever and you cannot afford to carry the burden of guilt for those who couldn't make it into the next phase of your life. In the same way, you also couldn't make it into the next phase of theirs.
Things change and the seasons of life change. The only person who has and will be with you through every season is God. Love people but know when a season is over.

MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR TIME, BY PASTOR FESTUS

Believers love boat - Festus Omorusi"
MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR TIME
"Be careful, then, how you live - not as unwise men, but as wise, making the most of your time." - Ephesians 5:15-16a
Do you ever feel like there’s just not enough time in each day? Well, we have to remember we all have the same amount of time: one hundred sixty-eight hours a week, twenty-four hours a day. The key is making the most of our time. This is a spiritual, as well as practical, issue.
Scripture says, “Be careful, then, how you live, not as unwise men, but as wise, making the most of your time.” So how do you do that? List the top three to five priorities of your life. This list will help you prioritize how you spend your time.
Concentrate on what’s most important, and major on the majors. As you approach each day, write down the most important thing you need to do, commit to do it, then go to the second most important thing and do it.
Effective time management is an important discipline to have, in order to live the successful life. So get with it before your time runs out.
Pray with me; lord I ask for wisdom and grace to effectively prioritize all of my life's engagements in Jesus name!
May your day be full of profitable activities in Jesus name!

AN UNCOMMON MEETING, WITH PASTOR FESTUS

YOUR JOURNEY TO GREATNESS, BY PASTOR FESTUS

"Believers love boat - Festus Omorusi"
YOUR JOURNEY TO GREATNESS
"...being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." - Philippians 1:6
When you were young, did you ever have thoughts of someday being powerful and in charge? If so, you probably could feel the power welling up inside just at the anticipation of that accomplishment.
Well, when Joseph of the Old Testament was seventeen, he had a dream prophesying that he would someday rule over his brothers. This peek into his destiny filled him with self-confidence; he was a young man who was riding high. But the fact is, he wasn’t ready to rule over his brothers yet. He needed to go through some character-shaping times. And indeed, he did just that, spending thirteen years facing setbacks, challenges, and even prison. Although Joseph was forgotten by man during those times, he was never forgotten by God. Through adversity, God molded his character so that when Pharaoh appointed him the Prime Minister of Egypt, he was ready to fulfill his God-chosen destiny.
Think about Joseph when you go through tough times in your own life. Sometimes God breaks us and allows us to hit rock bottom so that He can shape us into the person that He is calling us to be. Maybe the adversity is God’s way to toughen you, teach you, and prepare you for the great plans He has for you.
Pray with me; lord I receive the grace and courage to bear the pains, the frustration and all other challenges connected with my journey to greatness in Jesus name!
May your day be filled good news in Jesus name!

FROM CHRIST EMBASSY

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES **He’s Merciful** Monday 7th March: Pastor Chris
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us- ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9)
The Lord is merciful, compassionate, and kind. His mercies are new every morning, and endure forever. The Bible tells us how He sent Jonah
to Nineveh to warn the people to turn away from their sins, but Jonah declined, because he thought God was too merciful and would forgive them, and change His mind about destroying them. So, instead of going to preach to them, he decided to flee to Tarshish (Jonah 1:3).
Trouble ensued as Jonah journeyed in a ship with other mariners; there was a mighty tempest. When his co-travellers realized that Jonah’s disobedience to God was responsible for their ordeal, they cast him out of the ship, into the sea. The Bible says God prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah in the sea, and he was in the belly of the fish for three days and three nights (Jonah 1:17).
Eventually, Jonah prayed to God from the fish’s belly, and the fish vomited Jonah unto the dry land (Jonah 2:10). Upon his deliverance from the fish’s belly, he followed God’s initial instruction and went to preach in Nineveh. When he did, the people got converted, but Jonah was offended. He prayed to the Lord and said, “...O Lord, is not this just what I said
when I was still in my country? That is why I fled to Tarshish, for I knew that You are a gracious God and merciful, slow to anger and of great kindness, and [when sinners turn to You and meet Your conditions] You revoke the [sentence of] evil against them” (Jonah 4:2 AMP).
God, however, chided Jonah: “...should not I spare Nineveh, that great city, wherein are more than sixscore thousand persons that cannot discern between their right hand and their left hand...” (Jonah 4:11). He felt they were ignorant; therefore, He had to be merciful to them. It’s the same scenario today; there’re many ignorant people all around the world, and the Lord expects us to reach them with the Gospel. Forget the fact that they may be wicked; God loves them, and wants to show them mercy.
Many are in the valley of decision, missing the way, walking in darkness, not knowing the truth. But we’re the custodians of the truth. We must therefore keep praying and travailing for them to come to the knowledge of the truth, even as we proclaim the truth.
Confession
My passion for lost souls is stirred with renewed commitment, and I declare that the light of the glorious Gospel of Christ blazes intensely in the hearts of the ignorant and unconverted around the world today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

DON'T DESPISE PROPHECY, BY PASTOR CHRIS

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES **Don't Despise Prophecy** Thursday 3rd March: Pastor Chris
Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues (1 Corinthians 14:39).
In Acts 2:17 Peter quoted the words of the prophet Joel: "And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy...." This was fulfilled on the day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit came. In Acts 1:8, Jesus said you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. One of the ways to put that power to work is through the gift of prophecy.
The gift of prophecy is a door to the supernatural; it's a way to bring the supernatural power of God into your life, finances, job, or congregation if you're a minister of the Gospel. Therefore, you must learn to prophecy! If you speak in tongues long enough, the anointing will come on you to prophesy; the Word of God will bubble up within you. And when that anointing comes on you, with the Word boiling inside you, give it vent; let it out. That's prophecy.
To prophesy is to speak words that have divine potency; words that have life; so, don't despise prophecy. Prophecy is like a guiding light. It was through prophecy that the people knew about the coming of Jesus. There were so many prophecies that the Saviour—the Messiah—would come. The only proof that God had for the people to recognize and say, "This is the messiah," was His Word spoken by the prophets about Christ—the Messiah.
Prophecy is vital. Have there been prophecies about your life? Paul said to Timothy, "This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare" (1 Timothy 1:18). Make war with those prophecies. Take every word of prophecy concerning your life seriously. Write them down, so you don't forget, and chart your course with the creative power of God's Word in your mouth.
PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the gift of prophecy. My heart and mouth are filled with words of power, even now, to cause changes in my life and around me. I declare that my life is for your glory; my future is that of success, progress, and prosperity in the Gospel of Jesus Christ! I dwell continually in peace, divine health, and in your grace, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

|| 1 Corinthians 14:3-4 But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort. 4 He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church. ||

THE AUTHENTIC CHRISTAIN LIFE, BY PASTOR CHRIS

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES **The Authentic Christian Life** Friday 4th March: Pastor Chris
You may as well know this too, Timothy, that in the last days it is going to be very difficult to be a Christian (2 Timothy 3:1 TLB).
The Apostle Paul in the above text, warned of perilous times in the last days, and I want you to notice his choice of words. Notice that he didn’t say it's going to be it’s going to be impossible to be a Christian in the last days; no! Rather, he uses the word, “difficult.” Why will many find it difficult to be Christians in these last days? It’s because of the challenges they would be facing, which really, shouldn’t be a problem if they’re in fellowship with the Holy Spirit.
There’s no Christianity without the Holy Spirit; the only way to live the authentic Christian life is through the Holy Spirit. Irrespective of how nice, calm, or cool one might seem, if that person doesn’t have the Holy Spirit, he can’t live as a Christian. Human “goodness” or self-righteousness isn’t the definition of Christianity. Christianity is Christ alive and at work in you; Christ taking up His abode in the quarters of your heart, literally living in you through the Holy Spirit; that’s real Christianity!
Jesus is in heaven. The only way He lives in you is through the Holy Spirit. If the Holy Spirit doesn’t live in you, it doesn’t matter how kind and nice you are; people may call you a “wonderful” person, but you’re not a Christian. It’s the Holy Spirit that brings you into Christ. 1 Corinthians 12:13 says, “For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body....” He’s the One that comes over you, and baptizes or immerses you into Christ, to become a member of the body of Christ through the new birth.
He brings you into Christ, and makes you God’s temple, but you must receive Him to live in you. If He lives in you, and becomes the Lord of your life, He’ll make you triumphant always! He’ll help you live the authentic Christian life; a life of absolute mastery, perpetual victory, and permanent success.
Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for empowering me with supernatural ability and equipping me with all that I need to live the divine life. By the Holy Spirit who lives in me, I set forth the wonderful deeds, and display the virtues and perfections of divinity to my world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Decisions made out of an offended heart always takes one into a ditch.
Never take a step trying to avenge an insult you received from someone, whether its imaginary or real, its a bait of satan to make you fall into a ditch he has dug.
Human anger never works righteousness, it produces hastiness in desicion making and Solomon said, a fool has more hope than one who is hasty in spirit.
