God's Word is Power
Acts 26:1 - end
The word of God without his spirit is an empty word from an abstract
being but God's word with the backing of the Holy Spirit is Power.
From a natural perspective, Apostle Paul was defenceless, hopeless and
exposed by Authorities of the Jews - his own people to damnation and
condemnation. But glory to God, he was a super naturally defended,
protected, guarded and fortified city (Jer. 1:10) just as Jerusalem is
surrounded by mountains, why? he was a carrier, conveyor and container
of God's word.
He spoke God's word with power and authority, he
wasn't intimidated by the presence of local or global authorities
because one with God is majority and a radical understanding that he
that is above, is above all.
The word of God in your spirit makes
you a principality, if you abide by its principles in your daily life
and you become a principal if it's always in your mouth. Just like Paul,
Jesus has empowered us through the glory of his word by dwelling among
us that we may become a part of him and he a part of us in our daily
lives (John 1:14).
How do i become a part of his Word and Power?
1. You must understand natural laws(customs, traditions and value
systems of your immediate environment). Everything God created operates
by laws, spiritual or natural, a mastery of these laws gives you an edge
anytime. "Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves; be
ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves" (Matt. 10:16).
Paul as a pharisee was fully equipped to face his adversaries and wasn't
guilty of their laws.
2. Apostle Paul was an agent and a man of
the word of God. The word knew him and he knew the word. To command
unusual testimonies, miracles and evidence in this endtime, you must be
happily married with the word and constantly intercourse with him. This
godly marriage was evident in his excellent defence to king Agrippa
which almost converted him and forced a shout out of Festus that he was
mad of much learning(Acts 26:24). Truly, God's word makes us crazy of
Jesus and that's where the power lies (Rom.1:12, Joshua 1:8, 2nd Tim.
2:15). The word is your defender and defence in times of trouble so make
him a part of you when not in trouble.
3. Fear not. This appeared
365 times in the entire bible which means that we need one each day by
the wisdom of God's word. (Rom. 8:15). We only received the spirit of
boldness and of sound mind so fear is satanic and demonic. So approach
your day today with vigour, tenacity, audacity and authority like Paul
did because you have the authority and power of the word that no weapon
formed or fashioned against you shall prosper and any tongue that rise
against you in judgement shall be condemned in Jesus name - Amen!
Prayer:
My heavenly father, thank you for your protection and security from
your word I confess you are my defence and I shall not fall. All
principality and powers waiting for my mistake to judge me shall be
disappointed. I take authority in the word of God to silence my
doubters, overcome and have victory over all my challenges today in
Jesus Christ name - Amen
