WHAT IS WEALTH
Wealth is one of the insatiable desire of every man alive but also one of the most elusive.
It is not because wealth is not available but most people don’t know what wealth is all about and the few who knows don’t know how to locate or access it, because it is like the most sought after wisdom that is beyond human understanding. Job 28: 12 – 23.
“BUT WHERE SHALL WE FIND WISDOM?
AND WHERE IS THE PLACE OF UNDERSTANDING? MAN KNOWETH NOT THE PRICE THERE OF, NEITHER IS IT FOUND IN THE LAND OF THE LIVING.

Prov 3: 13: 16 HAPPY IS THE MAN THAT FINDETH WISDOM, AND THE MAN THAT FINDETH UNDERSTANDING, LENGTH OF DAYS IS IN HER LEFT HAND RICHES AND HONOUR. Prov. 8: 12: 18. I WISDOM DWELL WITH PRUDENCE AND FIND OUT KNOWLEDGE OF WITTY INVENTIONS, RICHES AND HONOUR ARE WITH ME, YEA DURABLE RICHES AND RIGHTEOUSNESS. THAT I MAY CAUSE THOSE THAT LOVE ME TO INHERIT GREAT SUBSTANCE AND I WILL FILL THEIR TREASURE. Now it has been scripturally ascertained that durable riches and honor answers to wisdom;
Therefore, we can draw from the above analysis that wealth is same as durable riches and honor with righteousness. One can be prosperous and not actually be wealthy, because wealth is all encompassing God’s blessing that is manifested through financial prosperity, divine health, successful marital pursuit, and good healthy children round about your table. Let’s take a look at some biblical references to wealth.

WALTH MEANS TO BE BLESSED IN ALL THINGS
A good example was Abraham our covenant father Gen 13: 2 AND ABRAHAM WAS RICH IN CATTLE, IN SILVER, AND IN GOLD Gen 24: 1 AND ABRAHAM WAS OLD AND WELL STRICKEN IN AGE, AND THE LORD HAD BLESSED ABRAHAM IN ALL THINGS. To be wealthy is to be blessed in all things. To have money without children is not wealth, and so it is not success. The bible said that you shall make your way prosperous and finally have good success, which means that good success is far and above just having prosperity. Wealth is the practical manifestation of all round fruitfulness, and productive increase in all areas of human endeavor. Isaac was rich in all things

Gen 26: 12 THEN ISAAC SOWED IN THAT LAND, AND RECEIVED IN THE SAME YEAR, AN HUNDREDFOLD, AND THE LORD BLESSED HIM, AND THE MAN WAXED GREAT, AND WENT FORWARD: AND GREW UNTIL HE BECAME VERY GREAT, FOR HE HAD FLOCKS, AND HERDS, AND GREAT STORE OF SERVANTS;AND THE PHILISTINE ENVIED HIM; This is the clearer picture of wealth. Isaac waxed great, moved forward above being great and greater until he became very great; therefore, it is biblically right to say that a wealthy person is a great person.

This same was said of Jacob, Gen30:40-43”AND JACOB SEPARATED THE LAMB, AND SET THE FACES, OF THE FLOCKS, TOWARDS, THE RING STREAKED, AND ALL THE BROWN IN THE FLOCK, OF LABAN, AND HE PUT HIS OWN, FLOCK BY THEMSELVES, AND PUT THEM NOT, UNTO LABAN’S CATTLES AND IT CAME TO PASS WHEN SOEVER THE STRONGER CATTLE CONCEIVE; THAT JACOB LAID THE RODS IN THE ROD BEFORE THE EYES OF THE CATTLES IN THE GUTTERS, THAT THEY MIGHT CONCEIVE AMONG THE RODS: BUT WHEN THE CATTLE WERE FEEBLE, HE PUT THEM NOT IN, SO THE STRONGER IS JACOB’S, AND THE MAN INCREASED EXCEEDINGLY, AND HAD MUCH CATTLE, AND MAID SERVANTS AND MEN SERVANTS AND ASSES.

The number of families that are blessed from your enterprise is also an expression of your wealth. No wonder God said to Abraham our covenant father, I WILL BLESS YOU AND YOU SHALL BE A BLESSING, THROUGH YOU AND YOUR SONS SHALL THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH BE BLESSED. The level to which you become a blessing to humanity is an indication of your level of wealth. BILL GATES became one of the richest men in the world today because, he decided within himself to make computer available to all men, and as he decided to be a blessing to humanity he ended up becoming very wealthy.
We can deduce from the scriptures that wealth is a product of wisdom which is only found in God, and that also, only Godly wisdom guarantees wealth, riches and honor but much more, wealth is to be blessed in all things, such as divine health, financial prosperity, Godly and goodly family with sound minded and healthy sons and daughters.

So that it must be clearly understood that the major key to enormous wealth is wisdom, and in this school of wisdom one of the major wisdom factor is the factor of faithfulness.
This is the reason why I identified faithfulness as a key to enormous wealth.

I define faithfulness from the understanding I got from the scriptures, where faithfulness was depicted to portray through the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ as maximizing of our talents, gifts, vision, potentials, callings, opportunities and time per-time.
Math 25: 14-25 FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS AS A MAN TRAVELLING UNTO A FAR COUNTRY, AND WHO CALLED HIS OWN SERVANTS AND DELIVERED UNTO THEM HIS GOODS. AND UNTO ONE HE GAVE FIVE TALENTS, TO ANOTHER TWO AND TO ANOTHER ONE, EVERY ONE ACCORDING TO THEIR SEVERAL ABILITY (POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT) AND STRAIGHT WAY, HE TOOK HIS JOURNEY, THEN, HE THAT HAD RECEIVED THE FIVE TALENTS, WENT AND TRADED, WITH THE SAME, AND MADE HIM OTHER FIVE TALENTS AND LIKEWISE HE THAT HAD RECEIVED TWO TALENTS, HE ALSO GAINED OTHER TWO BUT HE THAT HAD RECEIVED ONE WENT AND DIGGED IN THE EARTH..........
The master gave them talents according to how and what they are prepared to do. According to their level of potential development, training, professionalism, academic pursuit, readiness and availability, willingness and capacity building. It was based on how equipped they were, so their master’s assessment was their own determination by their personal effort. Math 25: 20 – 23 AND SO, HE THAT HAD RECEIVED FIVE TALENTS CAME AND BOUGHT OTHER FIVE TALENTS, SAYING LORD, THOU DELIVERED UNTO ME FIVE TALENTS, BEHOLD I HAVE GAINED BESIDE THEM, FIVE TALENTS MORE, HIS LORD SAID UNTO HIM, WELL DONE, THOU GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT, THOU HAST BEEN FAITHFUL OVER A FEW THINGS, I WILL MAKE THEE RULER OVER MANY THINGS, ENTER THOU INTO THE JOY OF THY LORD. HE ALSO THAT HAD RECEIVED TWO TALENTS CAME AND SAID LORD THOU DELIVEREST UNTO ME TWO TALENTS, BEHOLD I HAVE GAINED TWO, TALENTS BESIDE THEM, HIS LORD SAID UNTO HIM, WELL DONE GOOD AND FAITHFULL SERVANT, THOU HAST BEEN FAITHFUL OVER A FEW THINGS, I WILL MAKE THEE RULER OVER MANY THINGS, ENTER INTO THEY REST. They put to good use the talents given unto them, or rather they blessed mankind, and much more still, they serviced mankind with the talent given unto them and they made profit and their master defined it as an act of faithfulness.

HOW DO I DEVELOP MY POTENTIALS
The first step towards developing your potential is to recognize that you have potentials that needs to be developed, and that will bring us to the point of defining potential development.
Potential development is the act of recognizing, identifying and training yourself in your most gifted, hidden and untapped energy of your life. Potential therefore means the unused energy, gifts, skills, knowledge, and idea in a given person per time, that needs to be identified and cultivated by subjecting it to proper exercise, education, training, and exposure for development so that it could be put to proper use for the overall good of mankind and the personal improvement of the life of the possessor. The wise men said and I agree total with their assertion that the richest place of the earth is not the gold mine of South Africa, neither is it the oil field of Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and Venezuela, put together, or is it the gold coast of Ghana, the diamond field of Sierra Leone, and it is not even the untapped vast mineral resources of the ice region of the world, but the richest place is the cemetery that dots all the lands of the earth, because therein lies the greatest books that were not written, the greatest songs that were not sung, the powerful messages that was not preached, the greatest hero’s that were meant to affect history for the general benefit of mankind, therein lies the greatest scientific innovation that was not brought to limelight, and they all died not putting their potential to any effective use.
The truth is that inside every man lies the greater part of him, no wonder the bible said that in the book of 1jn 5:4 “GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN ME THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD” Which means that am more of a man in my inside that you can physically see.

THE POWER OF RECOGNITION
This is the innate ability inside every man , given by God to enable the man identify situations, and analyzing circumstances as they come to him or he goes towards them, and then being able to understand what and how to use them to his advantage for tomorrows benefit. There is no man especially in the kingdom of God that is bereft of gifts, talents and calling, it is just a matter of recognition.
You need the power of recognition to be able to identify the gift in you, and where and how it shall be profitable. Can you imagine a highly gifted goldsmith, who wants to become a goal keeper in an international competition because, foot ball is paying big money for now, this is simply because he could not identify that his greater area of strength is in the handling of raw gold and turning it into the precious of all gems and stones. The power of recognition is the same as knowledge, because there is a knowing involved.Ps82:5-6.” THEY KNOW NOT NEITHER DO THEY UNDERSTAND,THEY WALK ON THE DARKNESS, AND THE FOUNDATION OF THE EARTH IS SHAKING:I SAID YE ARE gods AND ALL OF YOU ARE THE CHILDREN OF THE MOST HIGH’ When you miss the power of recognition on any issue , especially in the area of your unused energy, you will definitely miss it in the area of wealth creation, so your earth will be out of focus.

The bible is full of the stories of many persons who did not recognize their opportunity and ended up becoming colossal failures and also the stories of those who recognized their given opportunities and they became celebrated bible characters. 2kg4:1-7”NOW THE WIFE OF THE SON OF A PROPHET CRIED UNTO ELISHA, YOUR SERVANT MY HUSBAND IS DEAD, AND YOU KNOW THAT YOUR SERVANT FEARED THE LORD; BUT THE CREDITORS HAS COME TO TAKE TWO OF MY SONS TO BE HIS SLAVES; ELISHA SAID UNTO HER , WHAT SHALL I DO FOR YOU?, TELL ME WHAT DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR HOUSE? Even the wife could have fallen into the same mistake had the man of God not corrected her, for she said that your hand maiden has nothing, and am sure that the man of God must have said, If you don’t have any thing in the house then there is nothing I can do for you, and as the man of God was set to move on she now woke up from her lack of recognition, because she quickly said there is a small jar of oil, and that small jar of oil that was not recognized was all she needed to pay her debts and become comfortably rich. What so ever you fail to recognize can never be of any use to you., Prophet Moses was using one of the most power filled rod to shepherd the sheep without recognizing the power in it, until God told him to drop it and then pick it up again, and the man of God went ahead to perform eleven outstanding wonders in the land of Egypt with the same rod and the Egyptians feared him.

Therefore you must recognize that what ever is needed to lift you into your wealth is already with you. This will help us to discover a new definition of faithfulness.
Having recognized your hidden potentials you will engage yourself in the pursuit of it’s development and mastery, because this was what the master saw before he distributed his talents to them in the ratio of 5:2:1, and this development is better understood if we consider this insight from this scripture, Prov3:19-20’ BY SKILLFUL AND GODLY WISDOM THE LORD FOUNDED THE EARTH AND BY UNDERSTANDING HE HATH ESTABLISHED THE HEAVENS; BY HIS KNOWLEDGE THE DEEPS WERE BROKEN UP,AND THE SKIES DISTILL THE DEW (DROP DOWN THE DEW) The Lord used what was natural with Him to start His creation, and this is known as godly wisdom, because the bible said that Jesus Christ is the wisdom and power of God, and also that same Jesus Christ was with God in the beginning, and He was identified also as the word of God that was God and there was nothing that was made that was made without the word.

EXTRA STUDY IS NEEDED
The Lord also began to study what He has founded, and He gained an extra understanding from His study of the earth, so He established the heavens, so you can see that the earth was founded while the heaven was established from the observation and the study of the earth, no wonder then that when the earth was destroyed between Gen1:1 and Gen 1;2 when the earth became tohu- va- bohu, without form or shape and darkness was upon the surface of the earth, nothing happened to the heavens, because it was established firmly from the study and understanding gotten from the earth, and the bible said again in verse 20 ‘BY HIS KNOWLEDGE THE DEPTHS WERE BROKEN AND THE HEAVENS DROP DOWN THE DEW” That is to say that by the knowledge that the Lord got from the study of the earth he had His breakthroughs into new grounds which provoked the heavens to release ideas in the form of the dew upon Him. This is the summary of potential development.

This travail means physical strength, sweating, lusting, craving, longing excessively for wealth by human wisdom which is full of turmoil’s, pains, lies, envy, fighting, killing and hatred. All of these are the summation of human capacity otherwise known as the strength of battle as exemplified in Isa 42: 24 – 25 WHO GAVE JACOB FOR A SPOIL AND ISRAEL TO THE ROBBERS, DID NOT THE LORD HE AGAINST WHOM WE HAVE SINNED? THE WEALTH OF THE HEATHEN IS RESERVED FOR THE RIGHTEOUS
A good example from the scripture is the case of Laban and Jacob. Gen 31: 9 THUS GOD HATH TAKEN AWAY THE CATTLE OF YOUR FATHER AND GIVEN THEM TO ME: This was the conversation between Jacob and the Sons of Laban. And if you look at Verse 10, AND IT CAME TO PASS AT THAT TIME THAT THE CATTLE CONCEIVED THAT I LIFTED UP MINE EYES AND SAW IN A DREAM AND BEHOLD THE CATTLE WERE RING STREAKED, SPECKLED AND GRISLED, why would Jacob see the cattle to be specked, ring streaked, grizzled when in the physical, all the cattle were either pure white or pure brown because Laban had taken far away on a three days journey all the ring streaked, grizzled and speckled. Gen 30: 31 – 36 AND HE SAID “WHAT SHALL I GIVE THEE” AND JACOB SAID “THOU SHALL NOT GIVE ME ANYTHING, IF THOU WILL DO THIS THING FOR ME, I WILL AGAIN FEED AND KEEP THY FLOCK. You can deduce from this scriptural analysis that Laban does not want to pay Jacob any wages and Jacob yet was faithful both to God and to Laban, so Laban said that he had noticed that his flocks had increased tremendously since Jacob starting taking care of them. Even at that, he does not want to pay him his wages because he took all the colored flocks away and gave them a distance of Three days. So that before Laban, Jacob was to go empty, but he forgot that there is wisdom of God known as Inspiration for wealth creation which responds to sons and daughters of God who are faithful to the Covenant. God Inspired Jacob in a dream and by merely introducing a rod which was peeled and spotted in the water, the cattle which were plain, began to reproduce spotted, speckled, grizzled and ring streaked and before you know it, Jacob had become very rich in cattle, Goats, Sheep, Servants and a great household.

Therefore, we can draw from the above analysis that wealth is same as durable riches and honor with righteousness. One can be prosperous and not actually be wealthy, because wealth is all encompassing God’s blessing that is manifested through financial prosperity, divine health, successful marital pursuit, and good healthy children round about your table. The bible said that you shall make your way prosperous and finally have good success, which means that good success is far and above just having prosperity. I define faithfulness from the understanding I got from the scriptures, where faithfulness was depicted to portray through the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ as maximizing of our talents, gifts, vision, potentials, callings, opportunities and time per-time.
Math 25: 14-25 FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS AS A MAN TRAVELLING UNTO A FAR COUNTRY, AND WHO CALLED HIS OWN SERVANTS AND DELIVERED UNTO THEM HIS GOODS. AND UNTO ONE HE GAVE FIVE TALENTS, TO ANOTHER TWO AND TO ANOTHER ONE, EVERY ONE ACCORDING TO THEIR SEVERAL ABILITY (POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT) AND STRAIGHT WAY, HE TOOK HIS JOURNEY, THEN, HE THAT HAD RECEIVED THE FIVE TALENTS, WENT AND TRADED, WITH THE SAME, AND MADE HIM OTHER FIVE TALENTS AND LIKEWISE HE THAT HAD RECEIVED TWO TALENTS, HE ALSO GAINED OTHER TWO BUT HE THAT HAD RECEIVED ONE WENT AND DIGGED IN THE EARTH..........
The master gave them talents according to how and what they are prepared to do. According to their level of potential development, training, professionalism, academic pursuit, readiness and availability, willingness and capacity building. It was based on how equipped they were, so their master’s assessment was their own determination by their personal effort. HOW DO I DEVELOP MY POTENTIALS
The first step towards developing your potential is to recognize that you have potentials that needs to be developed, and that will bring us to the point of defining potential development.
Potential development is the act of recognizing, identifying and training yourself in your most gifted, hidden and untapped energy of your life. Potential therefore means the unused energy, gifts, skills, knowledge, and idea in a given person per time, that needs to be identified and cultivated by subjecting it to proper exercise, education, training, and exposure for development so that it could be put to proper use for the overall good of mankind and the personal improvement of the life of the possessor. The wise men said and I agree total with their assertion that the richest place of the earth is not the gold mine of South Africa, neither is it the oil field of Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and Venezuela, put together, or is it the gold coast of Ghana, the diamond field of Sierra Leone, and it is not even the untapped vast mineral resources of the ice region of the world, but the richest place is the cemetery that dots all the lands of the earth, because therein lies the greatest books that were not written, the greatest songs that were not sung, the powerful messages that was not preached, the greatest hero’s that were meant to affect history for the general benefit of mankind, therein lies the greatest scientific innovation that was not brought to limelight, and they all died not putting their potential to any effective use.
The truth is that inside every man lies the greater part of him, no wonder the bible said that in the book of 1jn 5:4 “GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN ME THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD” Which means that am more of a man in my inside that you can physically see.

This is the innate ability inside every man , given by God to enable the man identify situations, and analyzing circumstances as they come to him or he goes towards them, and then being able to understand what and how to use them to his advantage for tomorrows benefit. There is no man especially in the kingdom of God that is bereft of gifts, talents and calling, it is just a matter of recognition.
You need the power of recognition to be able to identify the gift in you, and where and how it shall be profitable. Can you imagine a highly gifted goldsmith, who wants to become a goal keeper in an international competition because, foot ball is paying big money for now, this is simply because he could not identify that his greater area of strength is in the handling of raw gold and turning it into the precious of all gems and stones. The bible is full of the stories of many persons who did not recognize their opportunity and ended up becoming colossal failures and also the stories of those who recognized their given opportunities and they became celebrated bible characters. 2kg4:1-7”NOW THE WIFE OF THE SON OF A PROPHET CRIED UNTO ELISHA, YOUR SERVANT MY HUSBAND IS DEAD, AND YOU KNOW THAT YOUR SERVANT FEARED THE LORD; BUT THE CREDITORS HAS COME TO TAKE TWO OF MY SONS TO BE HIS SLAVES; ELISHA SAID UNTO HER , WHAT SHALL I DO FOR YOU?, TELL ME WHAT DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR HOUSE? Even the wife could have fallen into the same mistake had the man of God not corrected her, for she said that your hand maiden has nothing, and am sure that the man of God must have said, If you don’t have any thing in the house then there is nothing I can do for you, and as the man of God was set to move on she now woke up from her lack of recognition, because she quickly said there is a small jar of oil, and that small jar of oil that was not recognized was all she needed to pay her debts and become comfortably rich. What so ever you fail to recognize can never be of any use to you., Prophet Moses was using one of the most power filled rod to shepherd the sheep without recognizing the power in it, until God told him to drop it and then pick it up again, and the man of God went ahead to perform eleven outstanding wonders in the land of Egypt with the same rod and the Egyptians feared him.

Having recognized your hidden potentials you will engage yourself in the pursuit of it’s development and mastery, because this was what the master saw before he distributed his talents to them in the ratio of 5:2:1, and this development is better understood if we consider this insight from this scripture, Prov3:19-20’ BY SKILLFUL AND GODLY WISDOM THE LORD FOUNDED THE EARTH AND BY UNDERSTANDING HE HATH ESTABLISHED THE HEAVENS; BY HIS KNOWLEDGE THE DEEPS WERE BROKEN UP,AND THE SKIES DISTILL THE DEW (DROP DOWN THE DEW) The Lord used what was natural with Him to start His creation, and this is known as godly wisdom, because the bible said that Jesus Christ is the wisdom and power of God, and also that same Jesus Christ was with God in the beginning, and He was identified also as the word of God that was God and there was nothing that was made that was made without the word.

The Lord also began to study what He has founded, and He gained an extra understanding from His study of the earth, so He established the heavens, so you can see that the earth was founded while the heaven was established from the observation and the study of the earth, no wonder then that when the earth was destroyed between Gen1:1 and Gen 1;2 when the earth became tohu- va- bohu, without form or shape and darkness was upon the surface of the earth, nothing happened to the heavens, because it was established firmly from the study and understanding gotten from the earth, and the bible said again in verse 20 ‘BY HIS KNOWLEDGE THE DEPTHS WERE BROKEN AND THE HEAVENS DROP DOWN THE DEW” That is to say that by the knowledge that the Lord got from the study of the earth he had His breakthroughs into new grounds which provoked the heavens to release ideas in the form of the dew upon Him. This is the summary of potential development.

And please know this that nobody excel in any area of human Endeavour without exercise, though the exercise might be painful strenuous, and energy sapping, but the reward on the long run is too enormous to be ignored and be taken for granted.

This travail means physical strength, sweating, lusting, craving, longing excessively for wealth by human wisdom which is full of turmoil’s, pains, lies, envy, fighting, killing and hatred. All of these are the summation of human capacity otherwise known as the strength of battle as exemplified in Isa 42: 24 – 25 WHO GAVE JACOB FOR A SPOIL AND ISRAEL TO THE ROBBERS, DID NOT THE LORD HE AGAINST WHOM WE HAVE SINNED? FOR THEY WILL NOT WALK IN HIS WAYS; NEITHER WERE THEY OBEDIENT UNTO HIS COMMAND, THEREFORE HE HATH POURED UPON THEM, THE FURY OF HIS ANGER AND THE STRENGHT OF BATTLE AND IT HATH SET HIM ON FIRE: That means that it discomfited him roundabout and at the end he will transfer all he had gathered to the one whom God has qualified as GOOD because he was faithful.

THE WEALTH OF THE HEATHEN IS RESERVED FOR THE RIGHTEOUS
A good example from the scripture is the case of Laban and Jacob. Gen 31: 9 THUS GOD HATH TAKEN AWAY THE CATTLE OF YOUR FATHER AND GIVEN THEM TO ME: This was the conversation between Jacob and the Sons of Laban. And if you look at Verse 10, AND IT CAME TO PASS AT THAT TIME THAT THE CATTLE CONCEIVED THAT I LIFTED UP MINE EYES AND SAW IN A DREAM AND BEHOLD THE CATTLE WERE RING STREAKED, SPECKLED AND GRISLED, why would Jacob see the cattle to be specked, ring streaked, grizzled when in the physical, all the cattle were either pure white or pure brown because Laban had taken far away on a three days journey all the ring streaked, grizzled and speckled. Gen 30: 31 – 36 AND HE SAID “WHAT SHALL I GIVE THEE” AND JACOB SAID “THOU SHALL NOT GIVE ME ANYTHING, IF THOU WILL DO THIS THING FOR ME, I WILL AGAIN FEED AND KEEP THY FLOCK. I WILL PASS TROUGH ALL THY FLOCK TODAY, REMOVING THENCE, ALL THE SPECKLED AND SPOTTED CATTLE AND THE BROWN AMONG THE SHEEP AND SPOTTED AND SPECKLED AMONG THE GOATS: AND OF WHICH SHALL BE MY HIRE SO SHALL BE MY HIRE SO SHALL MY RIGHTEOUSNESS ANSWER FOR ME IN TIME TO COME, WHEN IT SHALL COME FOR MY HIRE BEFORE THY FACE, EVERY ONE THAT IS NOT SPECKLED AND SPOTTED AMONG THE GOATS AND BROWN AMONG THE SHEEP SHALL BE COUNTED STOLEN WITH ME”.
THEN LABAN SAID “BEHOLD, I WOULD IT MIGHT BE ACCORDING TO THY WORD. AND THAT DAY HE REMOVED THE GOAT THAT WERE RING STREAKED AND SPOTTED AND ALL THE SHE GOATS THAT WERE SPECKLED AND SPOTTED AND EVERYONE THAT HAD SOME WHITE IN IT, AND ALL THE BROWN, AMONG THE SHEEP AND GAVE THEM UNTO THE HAND OF HIS SONS AND HE SET THREE DAYS JOURNEY BETWIXT HIMSELF AND JACOB” AND JACOB FED LABAN’S FLOCK. You can deduce from this scriptural analysis that Laban does not want to pay Jacob any wages and Jacob yet was faithful both to God and to Laban, so Laban said that he had noticed that his flocks had increased tremendously since Jacob starting taking care of them. Even at that, he does not want to pay him his wages because he took all the colored flocks away and gave them a distance of Three days. So that before Laban, Jacob was to go empty, but he forgot that there is wisdom of God known as Inspiration for wealth creation which responds to sons and daughters of God who are faithful to the Covenant. God Inspired Jacob in a dream and by merely introducing a rod which was peeled and spotted in the water, the cattle which were plain, began to reproduce spotted, speckled, grizzled and ring streaked and before you know it, Jacob had become very rich in cattle, Goats, Sheep, Servants and a great household.

This Is about Being Open to Checks and Balances both to GOD, SELF AND OTHERS, Laban Said That, By Experience from His Account, God Is Blessing him From the Time That Jacob entered his house as a flock keeper. Portipher also had this to say about Joseph Gen 39:2-4, AND THE LORD WAS WITH JOSEPH AND HE WAS A PROSPEROUS MAN ,AND HE WAS IN THE HOUSE OF HIS MASTER THE EGYPTIAN, AND HIS MASTER SAW THAT THE LORD WAS WITH HIM,AND THE LORD MADE ALL THAT HE HAD TO PROSPER IN HIS HAND, AND JOSEPH FOUND GRACE IN HIS SIGHT, AND HE SERVED HIM, AND HE MADE HIM OVERSEER OVER HIS HOUSE, AND ALL THAT HE HAD HE PUT UNTO HIS HAND” and behold both God and Portipher found him faithful and was rewarded with ruler ship over the master’s household.
In whatever capacity of enterprises you find yourself, you must be conscious of this sense of accountability. Make God the first you are responsible to, and therefore the capital investment is not yours, but God’s, so you just don’t take anything for consumption, but it must be used with a sense of accountability. Always keep a record of your personal expenditures and make sure your tithe is accurately paid, and promptly too. Eventually, he became the prime minister, finance minister, minister of trade and commerce, minister of external affairs and senate president that he had to teach the Egyptian senators his kind of wisdom. PSALM 105:17-22; HE SENT A MAN BEFORE THEM, EVEN JOSEPH WHO WAS SOLD FOR A SERVANT, WHOSE FEET THEY HURT WITH FETTERS, HE WAS LAID IN IRON, UNTIL THE TIME THAT HIS WORD CAME, THE WORD OF THE LORD TRIED HIM , THE KING SENT AND HE MADE HIM THE LORD OF HIS HOUSE AND RULER OF ALL HIS SUBSTANCE, TO BIND HIS PRINCESS AT HIS PLEASURE, AND TO TEACH HIS SENATORS WISDOM. JOESPH SAID HOW CAN I DO AND SIN AGAINST MY GOD and he said to woman, I am accountable to your husband in the matters he Has entrusted into my hand Gen39 :7-9”THEN AFTER A WHILE THE MASTER’S WIFE CAST HER EYES UPON JOSEPH AND SHE SAID LIE WITH ME, BUT HE REFUSED AND SAID TO HIS MASTER’S WIFE, SEE HERE, WITH ME IN MY MASTER’S HOUSE HE HAS CONCERN OF NOTHING, HE HAS PUT ALL THINGS HE HAS UNDER MY CARE, HE IS NOT GREATER IN THIS HOUSE THAN IAM, NOR HAS HE KEPT ANYTHING FROM ME, EXCEPT YOU , FOR YOU ARE HIS WIFE, HOW THEN CAN I DO THIS GREAT EVIL AND SIN AGAINST GOD?” Joseph here, has given accountability a new definition, and that is that to be accountable is to honour and respect the opportunity to serve both God, man and yourselves: it is taking cognizance of this truth that any opportunity to serve comes only from God, for no man can receive anything except it is given unto him from heaven, so, such opportunity must be appreciated with a sense of ewe, and hope of a reward from God and not the man you are serving, Col3:22-25 “SERVANTS OBEY IN EVERYTHING THOSE WHO ARE YOUR EARTHLY MASTERS, NOT ONLY WHEN THEIR EYES ARE ON YOU, AS PLEASERS OF MEN: BUT IN SIMPLICITY OF PURPOSE WITH ALL YOUR HEART, BECAUSE OF YOUR REVERENCE FOR THE LORD AND AS A SINCERE EXPRESSION OF YOUR DEVOTION TO HIM: WHAT EVER MAY BE YOUR TASK ,WORK AT IT HEARTILY, FROM THE SOUL, AS SOMETHING DONE FOR THE LORD AND NOT UNTO MAN; KNOWING WITH ALL CERTAINTY THAT IT IS FROM THE LORD AND NOT FROM MEN; THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE THE INHERITANCE, WHICH IS YOUR REAL REWARD:THE ONE WHOM YOU ARE ACTUALLY SERVING, IS THE LORD CHRIST: FOR HE WHO DEALS WRONGFULLY WILL REAP THE FRUIT OF HIS FOLLY, AND BE PUNISHED FOR HIS WRONG DOING; AND WITH GOD THERE IS NO PARTIALITY, NO MATTER WHAT A PERSON;S POSITION MAY BE, WHETHER HE IS THE SLAVE OR THE MASTER:” and this is shown only in accountability . No wonder Jesus said that our faithfulness in small matters automatically qualifies us for bigger matters, It can be rendered that our accountability in small matters elevate us to be given a higher responsibility. One wise man said that there are two things money cannot buy, which are sincerity and integrity, and these two ingredients are component of accountability.
